In a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment or in a large bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, warm water and oil.
Turn on mixer and mix until dough begins to forms, then switch to dough hook and knead until dough is soft, smooth and elastic(3-5min). Alternately: stir (or use a hand mixer) to mix together the ingredients in the large bowl until the dough begins to form. Turn out on a floured surface and knead by hand, a few minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place in lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Lightly oil 2- 9 inch round pans with olive oil. Punch down dough and divide into 2 equal pieces.
Press out and spread one piece of dough in each pan. ( if it shrinks back just cover and let rest a couple of minutes and try again). Brush with italian dressing.
Combine the remaining seasonings and sprinkle evenly over the tops
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
